周孟德 Chou Meng-te

台灣彰化人，1971彰化高商畢業，1973開始於省立彰化仁愛實校任教七年。現任藝術工作者，中華民國版畫學會常務監事，基隆社區大學素描，銅版畫教師。
| Chou Meng-Te，bom in 1953，Changhua，midland Taiwan。Graduated from the course of | advertising in CHSC，Changhua senior high school of commerce in 1971; and from 1973，he | taught in National Ren-Ai Experimental School（Changhua）as an art teacher for seven years; | after that，he has been practicing as an artist till now.
